Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all digital marketing activities, including search engine optimization (SEO), lead generation, Google Analytics 4, and customer relationship management (CRM) using Freshsales. The successful candidate will also manage paid marketing campaigns, conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and ROI, and analyze performance data to generate regular reports on campaign results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Analyzing website traffic and providing insights using Google Analytics 4
• Creating landing pages using Elementor Pro
• Optimizing website content for SEO
• Managing and maintaining the CRM database using Freshsales
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvements
• Running paid marketing campaigns using Google, Meta, LinkedIn and optimizing the marketing campaigns across various channels based on the budget
• Conducting A/B testing to improve conversion rates and ROI
• Analyzing performance data and generating regular reports on campaign results
• Conducting keyword research and analyzing competition to identify opportunities for organic growth
• Developing and executing on-page, off-page, and SEO strategies to improve website ranking, visibility, and traffic
• Creating ad copies, landing pages, and optimizing website content, meta tags, and images to improve user experience and search engine visibility
• Developing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Managing the company’s WordPress website, updating content and ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant
• Monitoring website performance, security, and backups
• Handle Google Analytics and configuring goals and funnels to track website performance and conversions
• Creating and presenting regular reports on website performance and KPIs
• Managing email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and YAMM, creating and curating content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience
• Managing and updating the company’s email database, segmenting the email list and targeting specific customer groups with personalized content, and implementing strategies to grow the email list
• Using Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and tracking analytics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B organization
• Google Ads certification is a preferred
• Expertise in Google Analytics 4 and using the data to drive marketing decisions
• Experience in creating landing pages using Elementor Pro preferred
• Knowledge of SEO and best practices for optimizing website content
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM
