Prodigy always makes software & firmware releases particular to a serial number (After checking if they are in support or not) and this release is strictly not to be shared for different serial number units without our written consent. This goes against our software & firmware support policy. Hence, sharing software & firmware releases between teams for different out-of-support units will immediately result in no support provided for either unit or allow us a right to make damage claims from the user/company. We hope this is clear and will be adhered to by the team.

Hence, if there are multiple units within the team, we strongly recommend taking one blanket support contract
for the team with all covered serial numbers added to it with a unit form coverage period, and then they can
be inter-shared among teams).
